Oleg Urban
PT MOMT
Oleg brings skill and knowledge gained through years of experience in rehabilitative care to the private practice setting where he emphisizes hands on, one on one physical therapy.
Oleg Urban is a native of the Czech Republic, he soon moved with his family to the Netherlands where he was then raised. Oleg graduated from the Higher School of Mid-Netherlands, Academy for Physical Therapy with a Bachelor’s degree in 1989. He completed additional coursework resulting in a certification in sports physical therapy. After moving to the United States Oleg completed four years of residency training through the Ola Grimsby Institute, graduating in 1997 and receiving a Master’s degree in Orthopedic Manual Therapy ( MOMT).
Oleg has practiced in the outpatient orthopedic setting since 1990, much of his career spent right here in Lebanon, TN. His experience has ranged from being director of outpatient rehabilitation and sports medicine for a local hospital, to helping start as well as manage a busy physical therapy clinic for a group of Orthopedic Surgeons. Throughout his career Oleg has applied his skill and knowledge to help improve the quality of life for the citizens of Wilson and surrounding counties. It is this same level of excellent care that Oleg brings to Urban Physical Therapy as he plans to continue to serve his community.
Oleg is the founder of Urban Physical Therapy Inc and together with Casey McGee has owned and operated the clinic since May of 2009. Oleg brings skill and knowledge gained through years of experience in rehabilitative care to the private practice setting where he emphasizes hands on, one on one physical therapy. Oleg’s skill as a certified manual therapist is utilized to provide clients with the full scope of care often necessary to promote optimal recovery.
Oleg has lectured to fellow physical therapists throughout Middle Tennessee and has served as adjunct faculty at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN. As an educator, Oleg has shared his knowledge of anatomy and passion for his profession to the students of Cumberland’s sports medicine program as well as countless other students planning a future in the field of physical therapy. Community activities have also included assistance with the coverage of many high school athletic events, annual sports health screening as well as public speaking on physical therapy and health-related topics to people throughout the area.
Oleg is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Casey McGee
DPT, ATC, CSCS
Casey brings a dedication to delivering an unsurpassed, patient-oriented physical therapy experience and exceptional rehabilitative care focused on restoring strength, function, and confidence.
Casey McGee, a Tennessee native, was born and raised in McMinnville where he began his college education at a small local junior college in 1997. He moved to Lebanon in 1999 and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Cumberland University in 2001. Casey then continued his graduate education at Belmont University in Nashville receiving a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2004.
Upon graduation, Casey began work at a local outpatient facility where he treated various orthopedic and post-surgical patients from Wilson and surrounding counties. Casey later advanced to become clinic director of the facility after having developed knowledge and skill in the area of orthopedics while working closely with manually trained orthopedic physical therapists as well as skilled surgeons. In July of 2009, Casey joined Urban Physical Therapy where he and his colleagues strive to deliver an unsurpassed, patient oriented physical therapy experience and exceptional rehabilitative care.
Casey enjoys all aspects of orthopedic rehabilitation as well as special interest in manual therapy and sports rehab. He holds certification from the National Athletic Trainers Association as a Certified Athletic Trainer since 2003 and from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2004. Casey is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Casey is active in the community as a guest lecturer and regular clinical instructor for the athletic training program at Cumberland University as well as long time preceptor for students from universities throughout the state. He plans to continue to educate the community on rehabilitation and health related topics throughout his career as a physical therapist.
He and his wife Kim enjoy working and living in Wilson County where they have raised their two sons and daughter. Casey says that he can think of no better place to continue his career. He believes that the close knit values of the community are similar to those that he grew up with, plus the added convenience of having a major metropolitan area such as Nashville right down the road. Casey enjoys spending free time with his family, as well as, sporting events of all types, recreational exercise and mountain biking.

Meghan Grammer
DPT, COMT, OCS
Meghan brings advanced orthopedic expertise and a patient-centered, hands-on approach—using manual therapy, dry needling, and vestibular care—to restore movement and confidence.
Meghan Grammer is a local Middle Tennessean, raised in Mt. Juliet and a graduate of Mt. Juliet High School. After high school, Meghan attended East Tennessee State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science, with a concentration in microbiology, in 2004. After undergraduate school, Meghan earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2007.
For the next several years, Meghan practiced in an outpatient orthopedic setting, while furthering her orthopedic skills and knowledge, earning her COMT (Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy) in 2011 and her OCS (Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist) in 2013. Meghan is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and treats dizziness caused by Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. Meghan joined the Urban Physical Therapy team in 2020.
In her free time, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family, being in the great outdoors, reading, traveling and spoiling her dogs. Meghan feels very fortunate to be working in an incredible profession, serving her community by helping others stay active and healthy.
