Payment/Insurance

Urban Physical Therapy is a provider for all major insurance companies and has contracts with workers compensation carriers for those patients injured on the job.

We will file your insurance claim on your behalf and will expect to collect copayments from you at the time that service is rendered. A payment plan can be set up to make account balances more affordable if desired. Feel free to discuss with your therapist, any need to adjust the frequency or duration of treatment in an effort to control costs.
